On the outside, I had it all: a thriving career in mental health, the house, the holidays, the social life.
But on the inside? Panic attacks. Antidepressants. Exhaustion I couldn’t shake.
When I finally stopped fighting myself and started working with my nervous system instead of against it, everything shifted.
✨ I stopped numbing with food and wine every night.
✨ I could say no without spiralling into guilt.
✨ I woke up with energy instead of dread.
✨ I felt steady in my body instead of trapped in my head.
Now, I help women who feel stuck in a life that looks perfect on paper but feels anything but.
